"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"I had a leak from the roof. It was not in the house but rather on the part of the roof that is partially over a patio. I looked at what the internet had to say and I found 3 companies in my area that looked really good. I set up appointments with each. The first company never showed up. I called them and the lady said she would be over at 12:30 and that she overlooked our appointment. She came over but NEVER went on the roof. She said she would send me the estimate for the fixing of the roof as well as the entire roof. The roof is 18 years old. She NEVER sent me an estimate. Both of the other 2 companies came over and subsequently sent me quotes for a fix as well as the doing the entire roof. The estimates were about $3500 apart. We went with the cheaper of the two because we saw no reason to go for the higher of the two estimates. I called Casa Blanca Construction and I set up an appointment to answer our questions and sign the contract. From the minute we started doing business with Oscar we were impressed. He was always on time and answered all of my emails. The communication was great. In addition, on any given date that the roof was being worked on the workers ALWAYS cleaned up and we could not tell that they were there after they left. The property was void of any junk on the ground, one could not tell that they were there. I found Oscar to be a delight and that he cared about my job. I asked him if there was any roof around that I cold take a look at to see how the color would look . The next day he came by with an address of a house with a similar roof. Who does that, right? Even on days that he was not working he would spend time surveying the roof and making sure that everything was right. I cannot say enough good things about Oscar and the entire Casa Blanca crew. It was a pleasure doing business with Oscar and his crew. My roof looks great. The whole experience was great. And I highly recommend Casa Blanca Construction in Pompano."
