FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later.

Very poor workmanship would not recommend these guys at all

They provided excellent work and the workers were very pleasant and I was very happy their service.

The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top).The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window.

They replaced sliding glass doors with storm doors & windows. The results were beautiful! My only complaint is now the rest of the house looks bad in comparison.

He was very happy with the service I received and the end result I highly recommend using this company you can count on them to get the job done and at a fair price.

They were very professional

The sales person was great: informative and helpful. The installers however could not speak english and they never verified the windows that were coming off the truck were the windows we ordered. The sealant that was used was also giving off fumes for three days, which caused headaches, nausea, and dizziness. When I asked about the smell they said the interior caulking doesn't have any odor, but the outside stuff does--so I am assuming they used the exterior stuff on the inside. I asked the foreman for the manufacturer safety data sheet and he kept saying he'd look into it. Finally, when my wife spoke to him over the phone, he didn't even know what an MSDS was. The lock on the slider they installed also doesn't always lock or unlock without first leaning against the slider to push it further into place, so not a good thing if there is ever a fire. The windows that the installation sheet says were installed also differ in description from what the operations manager described to me over the phone. "You had PVC double-paned windows installed," the ops manager said. "Umm, we bought triple-paned," I replied. "Oh, uh, yeah... I guess they could be considered triple paned," he responds. This can't just sound shady to me. Nor does it sound professional. He also promised the foreman would be out for the final inspection when our front window got sealed, and this too didn't happen. Never recommending these people to anyone. Sadly, I work for a residential pes control company and have over 700 customers. I always like to refer to my customers the companies my wife and I have had good luck with, but this definitely won't be one of those.

The person that I hired did not come through Angi.

They did what the said they would do. The installer’s were very good at what they do. Cant say enough of how professional they were. They stayed late and went the extra mile.

This company showed up to work around 1pm and would work until 4 or 5. What should have been a two or three day project took them a week and a half.

Excellent service and product. I would highly recommend the hurricane windows to others.

FINALLY! A nice hot shower! Pleasant--- and didn't seem to mind that I was curious and watching what he did! He explained as he worked and we had a nice, friendly conversation! Turned out to be an easier "fix" than I had imagined! Yay!!
