"Great communication in arranging a time for service. Walked through in detail what he could do and was very communicative in asking for feedback where needed. Tyler was efficient, thorough and completed the installation of our hot/cold water system along with RO system."

"Thank you Paul and David for such a seamless process of getting our water softener + filter installed! Paul worked with us, was always available, and ensured we got the exact system we needed. David was such a pro and installed it for us exactly how we needed it. You can tell how much they care and believe in their products. Our water also feels AMAZING."

"Just had a water system installed, including RO, carbon and water softener. Only been running a few days so still have to see performance over long-haul. Brad has been very helpful so far and Jack and his team did a good job with the install. They've been responsive to questions, and also came back to install a water pressure regulator for a reasonable cost. So far, so good with ProWater."

"Very happy with my new 3-stage whole house water filter/installation - topnotch!!!"

"Perfect! I called Western Rooter the AM my disposal went out. They were at the house the same day, at the time they stated they would arrive. The work was done efficiently and professionally and completed within an hour. I have called on Western Rooter for many years for various plumbing needs (clogged drains, replace water-heater, replace main water line, etc.) and have always had great, timely service at reasonable $$$."

"I Appreciate the fact that he made sure my water heater was cleaned when he finished the job"

"Johnny has done a lot of work for me over time, and every experience has been excellent. He is honest, professional, and truly knows his craft. His work quality is outstanding. He rerouted a pipe and installed a water hose in my backyard when no one else was able to figure it out. He also replaced my water heater quickly and efficiently, and more recently, he fixed a water faucet that was only producing hot water. Each job was done right the first time. These are just a few examples—Johnny has worked with me on several different projects, and every time he has been reliable, knowledgeable, and fair with pricing. It’s hard to find someone this trustworthy and skilled. I highly recommend Johnny to anyone looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable and honest."
