Jose came out and installed a new fridge water line valve. He also discovered my main water shutoff for the house was broken. So he installed a new main shutoff valve too. All in all, very attentive to detail, and executed clean work. He explained all issues carefully. Job well done!

I need to share my experience with Clear All Rooter. I called them a few weeks ago to replace my 14 yr old water heater. I told them I wanted to use a water heater by Bradford and White. He quoted my $2800.00 for a 50 gallon water. I did not do my due diligence and just said go ahead and replace it. I was kind of stressed at the time. Only later did I realize that the heater cost $1020.00 and I ended up paying $1800.00 for installation which I consider a massive rip off. It is all my fault for not asking upfront about product cost and labor. Dont make the same mistake. I ended up making a home improvement loan to pay it off over the next two years. They did a great job of installation but I dont think it was worth $1800.00. I am a veteran who lives a modest lifestyle and I dont appreciate this type of treatment. Please beware when you use Clear All Rooter. This could happen to you.

We recently had a significant amount of work done by Clear All Rooter Plumbing, and we couldnâ t be more impressed! The scope of work included: New Drains Under the Home: They hand-dug to remove the old cast iron main sewer pipe and drains for two bathrooms, the kitchen, and laundry. They replaced everything with new ABS piping, ensuring proper slope and sizing, and pressure-tested the entire system. New Angle Stop and Supply Line: They installed a new quarter-turn angle stop and 20â supply line for the toilet, replacing the old system. New Water Lines and Pressure Regulator: They removed the existing horizontal water lines and installed new PEX water lines under the house, along with a shut-off ball valve, pressure regulator, pressure relief valve, and hose bib. They even opened drywall to inspect a leak and added an access panel, securing everything with pipe clamps and offering a 30-year warranty. Install ABS Clean-Out: They hand-dug and removed the old cast iron pipe, replacing it with a new 3â ABS pipe and a two-way ground-level clean-out, ensuring everything was pressure-tested and the hole was neatly backfilled with native soil. Throughout the entire process, their professionalism was outstanding. We loved that they kept us in the loop at all times, letting us know when the technician was en route and sending us texts with photos of who would be arriving. They even took photos and videos of the work to explain everything in detail, helping us understand what was being done and why. The quality of their work was impeccable. You can't even tell they dug into our front yard! They even went above and beyond by returning to check our gas pipes under the house, concerned there might be a leak. Their expertise is abundant, but when something was outside of their scope, they made knowledgeable and trustworthy referrals. Itâ s clear they care deeply about their customers, treating our home as if it were their own. Plus, the fact that theyâ re a family-run business really shines through in the care they put into every job. On top of all this, they offer financing options, which made the entire process even easier.
