Douglas did the entire test, all swabs, air tests completely on his own without us even in the unit because we were out of town when the incident happened. The responsiveness, care, diligence, and even going above and beyond when dealing with insurance has been incredible. I will always put my faith in Douglas' work at Debb mold. After we worked with him, we had a lot of other residents at a very prominent high rise residential building also call him to get mold testing performed. He got my results back within 1.5 business days, perfectly documented. We are relying on this report for court, to explain damages, and the condition in our unit. "Stay as far away from these scammers as you can. They robbed me of my time, money, health, and time with family. I hired them summer of 2022 (at age 85) for a kitchen remodel due to mold removal. In December 2022, they told me the kitchen would be restored in 2-3 months. They submitted multiple permits that were denied and I had to visit building department MYSELF to learn that all permits were incorrectly submitted. I paid them a total of $9940 in 2023. During the ENTIRE TIME, I was without a working kitchen. By summer 2024, it was clear these people are incompetent liars who are unable to complete a job. I exchanged multiple emails requesting refunds of my money which were denied because they claimed to have completed building cabinets. I hired another contractor in September 2024 who was able to get permits approved on first past and complete the job by winter of 2025. He noted that every permit was flagged due to Servpro?s incompetence, so each permit required an inspector. "

I was assured by Tami they were qualified, and while I was in the ICU, Rami promised to ?treat my home like family.? The results were the opposite. Only one worker came for about six hours. Afterward my home was left in poor condition?dust, debris, and contaminated materials everywhere. Containment barriers failed, no dehumidifier, and air scrubbers weren?t vented. A mold-stained drywall panel from the AC unit was left on the floor. When I questioned the work, Mr. Argov left angry voicemails. A licensed third-party inspector issued a Post-Remediation Verification (PRV) report on Oct 29 2025, concluding: FAILED TO ACHIEVE CLEARANCE ? Containment compromised, filtration failed, contamination remained. This verified report proves the work did not meet professional standards. I urge others to verify licenses,"
