Although the inspector seemed professional at first the report I received had a contradicting final decision. The report doesn't make any sense.

"It's unfortunate reading the review given by the client after two days of explaining he still doesn't understand which is mind-boggling. The report is simple. XRF was used which gives immediate results and comes with a report system. The raw data was provided and report and a certificate which states the home is lead-safe. The next day after the husband gets involved and starts asking questions. I wish he was there to view everything like his wife. I made a good attempt to explain everything. The raw data produced shows duration of time. 2.3, 7.6, 4.7 etc. I explained that anything over 1.0mg/cm squared is a problem. They confused the duration over time for readings. Over and over again I tried to explain. I was willing to have someone else test the home and if any differences came up as not being a lead safe home, I would pay for the service. It is unfortunate but you can never please everyone. But look at all the other reviews. We are doing it right under God."
