He showed me how things worked and how to easily repair or fix small issues that commonly occur. He explained how to find model numbers, how to adjust the furnace and other home items. Al went top to bottom and inside and out of the entire property. He also offered his help if needed in the future. As part of his service, he gave me a handy binder. His report came less than 24 hours and was thorough, including photos."
