Phil was very friendly and extremely thorough. He poured through the house, took his time, and really touched on everything that could be improved or needed fixing. He answered questions in an accessible way and was very easy to work with.

VERY highly recommend!!! My husband and I recently hired Contemporary Inspection Services and we could not be more pleased with their work! Phil was very friendly and responsive to my initial request, as well as throughout the entire process. As he worked on the inspection, Phil explained things patiently and politely, answering my many questions. Later that same day, Phil sent us the inspection report, which was clear, concise, and thorough. Areas of concern were explained in detail and accompanied by either a photo or a video to make sure that we understood the issue. Phil even offered to answer other questions should they arise. We are very impressed with the work of Contemporary Inspections Services!
