Our project was a bit unconventional and challenging but Precision Mountain did a great job in designing around our problems and provided us with solutions that kept us on track. Our project was located in a very remote area and access to materials and personnel was not easy. The project lasted two months and we are thrilled to show people where we live and what our home looks like. We'd be happy to share pictures if that would be helpful. Our friends and family think we spent a ton on construction but the reality is that the workmanship and materials make things look more expensive than they actually are. I like them and I'd recommend them."

"HE CALLED ME AND SAID ANGI GAVE HIM MY NUMBER.ABOUT THE JOB AND GAVE ME A BID.GAVE HIM HALF OR $550DOLLARS.HE STARTED ;BUT DIDNOT FINISH.CAME THE FOLLOWING DAY SUPPOSED HE SAID HE FINISHED.WE WERE SUPPOSED TO DO A WALK THRU;BUT HE WAS IN A HURRY,HE TOLD ME THE WORK WAS COMPLETED .HE TOLD ME HE GUARANTEE HIS WORK,BUT HE DIDNOT FINISH THE WORK, ASKED TO GIVE ME BACK THE SECOND PAYMENT,UNTIL HE COMPLETE THE WHOLE PROJECT. DID NOT ANSWER MY EMAILS. HE DIDNOT FINISHED THE SEALING AND PAINTING AROUND THE HOUSE.I PAID HIM $200 DOLLARS EXTRA TO FINISH PAINTING 3 EXTRA SCREENS AND INSTALL THEM.PIEGON PROOF 10 SOLAR PANELS NOT COMPLETED EITHER ON THE ROOF. HE EMAILED WHAT WE AGREED SENDING YOU ATTACHMENTS. PLEASE HELP ME."

"My fridge stopped working the week before Thanksgiving. They were the only company that responded and came out within a couple of days. In the meantime, I had to cook the fresh turkey immediately along with other food which I was able to store in a backup fridge in the garage. The inverter assembly needed to be replaced which meant a special order that took 10 days. My lower rating has to do with how long it took for them to return to install the new inverter once the inverter was back in stock. From the first visit to the actual repair was 6 weeks. Take out the 10 days for the part to arrive was still 4.5 weeks. I suggest the vendor set up a better follow-up system to track customers with pending orders to be sure they receive good customer service. My fridge has been working great since the repair."
