Refrigeration System Service
I scheduled and paid for a virtual repair consultation with Neli Virtual Repair, but the technician never contacted me for the appointment and never called. I waited during the scheduled appointment window and received no phone call, message, email, or explanation regarding the missed consultation.
As a paying customer, I expected a basic level of professionalism and communication. Failing to initiate the scheduled consultation and providing no notice or follow-up is unacceptable and resulted in a complete waste of my time. I paid for a service that was never provided as promised.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Neli Virtual Repair. If you choose to use this service, be aware that communication may be lacking and scheduled consultations may not occur as expected.

This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction.

I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom.

Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. As the washer was 6+ years old and there were holiday sales I opted to purchase a new unit. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Neli. All instances have been very productive and positive.

I had a problem connecting, so I got a local handyman who came and solved my problem. I asked Neli to stop charging me, and nothing happened, I then went to the "live chat" option on their website and asked how to stop getting charged, I Never got an answer and they just kept charging me, Then they requested that I rate the CHAT!!!
