We started our construction business in 2018 as a division of Restoration 1 of Columbia - College Park - Annapolis, a Water/Fire/Mold Damage Restoration franchise. We have been operating as Zahlis Renovations since selling the restoration business in 2022. We have completed hundreds of construction projects since 2018, ranging from major additions down to small remodels. We look forward to serving you with the same level of care and craftmanship from which we earned our 5-star reputation.
