My roof needed a lot of shingles replaced on the ridge of the home and there is hail damage but no leaks. The garage has T-locks (no longer manufactured) and a number of shingles were missing or damaged. I was provided with several options and costs ranging from repairing to a full reshingle. At this time I went with repairs due to my budget but in a few years the entire thing may need to be done so it was great to have an idea on the future cost. Very pleased. Another company seemed more interested in having my insurance company pay for things and didn't even provide a real cost estimate.

Jeff came out to look at the problem. Followed up with himself and Rick to fully assess the problem and then repaired. All of this in less than a week. Hasn't rained since the repair but I'm confident it's fixed and if not have no question that they will make it right.

Gary was extremely helpful working with us to select the correct roof. He also made working with the bank and insurance company a breeze. The crew was efficient and left our house and surrounding area spotless. These guys are absolute pros!

I received estimates from approximately 5 roofing companies. JR Roof was hands down the BEST company I spoke with and made sure I got a product I was EXTREMELY happy with. They educated me about the legalities of companies that offer to pay for part of your deductible (mine was an insurance claim). One company quoted me 30 year shingles at the same price I was quoted by JR Roof for 50 year shingles. They are also communicating with the insurance company to ensure all the billing information is handled appropriately. Thanks JR Roofing!

I bought a foreclosure at the end of December and the roof was falling apart. I was moving in at the begining of Febuary and needed the roof done before move in. Working with JR Roof was easy from the very start. Gary came out and met with me, showed me the damage we were looking at and recommended what we do. JR Roof's crew came out during a weekend and got started since the weather was nice. They had my roof done within a couple days, cleaned up after they were done and it was set to go! They came out within the window of time agreed upon and in just a few minutes assessed the problem and showed me that I could fix the problem myself with a little silicone. He didn't charge me for the advice or dispatch. I was impressed with his honesty when he could have made some easy money.

After having a slight water leak after a recent snow storm, I went online to Servicemagic for roofers. I schedule a roof inspection with JR Roof Maintenance, their sale rep. Gary found & pointed out the possible problem area and discrible a fix in great detail along with a cost esimate. The work was completed in a single day with no problems to say... Only that this company do excellent work, friendly, and treat you & home with respect.
