Unresponsive and very poor quality work. Do not waste your time.We had been under a service plan for this company to come out twice a year. We called to have someone come out to repair our unit, the part was ordered and then we did not hear anything. I had to call a couple times to find out updates, the part did not fix the issue and the tech told us it now needed to be fully replaced. We went over next steps and then someone else was to come out and replace unit but no show a couple times. I ended up calling someone else out to repair the unit, I did update the company that someone else repaired the unit, but they still sent someone out to repair.

Dennis and Dwayne are awesome people. Detail-oriented, patient, good fellas. They did a bang-up job installing a new tankless water heater. Dwayne is heckin strong. Dennis is wicked smart. Pretty sure these guys build nuclear-powered space rockets for fun on the weekend. Check em out.
