After we contacted some larger roofing companies and got nothing but high-pressure, rude salesmen, we got lucky and found Richard at Yeager Construction. He came right out and from the minute he stepped out of his truck I felt he was someone I could not only work with but trust and he did not disappoint. It helped us navigate the insurance company, answered all of our questions, and kept us updated with commutations, which was very important to use. We started this project due to a leak in my living in the first part of November 2024 the weeks that followed we had nothing but rain, but Richard kept a close eye on the weather, and on the first 3-day opening he was ready to get the job done. That just happened to be Thanksgiving Day. His crew showed up with smiles on their face and worked hard the whole day with no complaints. Richard Yeager was prompt with all appointments and estimates. He answered all my questions and demonstrated to me that he was knowledgeable and capable. Once he was given the job, his crew completed it in a timely manner. I have since recommended him to others who are considering having their roof replaced.

Timely, fair, qualified, and all-around good person. I had a mailbox that needed installed (not what I hired him to do), and he put it up for me the same day that he finished the moss removal on my very steep roof. Iâ d hire him again.

Rich has done several repairs to my cabin roof near Sandpoint (which takes a beating from winds and moisture). Every time (emphasis on â  EVERYâ  ) he responded to calls and texts in a timely fashion and then showed up at the job when he said he would! He does good, quality work and can be depended on.
