He was responsive and the repair was done to my satisfaction. He was cheaper than another repair man I called but I still think the repair was expensive for 15 minutes of work.

I contacted Yabi by cell phone, and he was responsive and courteous. He was able to schedule me in the next 24 hours, but had a cancellation and was able to arrive same-day. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair the unit, and was able to give recommendations on preventing the same event. He also noticed a few minor issues and gave recommendations on improving function. Overall, I would happily use him again, and would readily recommend to friends and family!

The service Yabi provided was excellent. When I call I wasn’t expecting service that day. But Yabi said he would be out later that same day. He arrived when he said he would. He repaired my dryer and even did a couple of things I had not mention. The charge was very reasonable and I would hire him again.

Answered the phone right away on a Saturday morning. Came out exactly when he said he'd be there. Fixed our dryer in less than an hour!

Our refrigerator wasn't cooling well and the freezer was leaking, Yabi was able to come the next day and diagnose the problem. We had to let it all thaw but he was able to come back after that was finished and fix it as soon as it worked for us. He was very fast and reasonable. It's working great!

Yabi & his helper came the same day I called, which was amazing, & finished their repair in about 45 minutes. They steamed open some frozen areas, vacuumed out dust, replaced some parts, explained what they were doing, & put it back together. They also found that the door of its bottom freezer wasn't closing on its own, as it should, & Yabi spent a few minutes adjusting the front legs & this resolved that problem. And the cost was less than I had expected. I am *really* pleased & will definitely call Yabi again if I have another large appliance problem.

Yabi came when he said he would. He installed a temporary solution so we would not lose our food and then came back on Saturday to install the repaired control board.

Yabi was at my home on time, had the correct parts for the job, honored wearing a mask due to virus, and completed the work within the time he specified. He gave me instructions for ongoing maintenance and recommended frequency of maintenance. He repairs all types of appliances. I live in a condo and I have recommended Yabi to all association owners.
