Quoted me for a pool heater installation after informing them I had the pool heater with a subcontractor install of running gas line. Referred me to someone else after finding out I already had a pool heater to be installed delaying my project by a week.

Terrible customer service. Even after a week, the job was not done because they showed up late every time, and always at the end of the day. Had to hire someone else who got the job done in a day. On the last day before we fired them, they showed up at 3PM, on a perfect day weather-wise, and still did not finish it. Their employee told us that they were doing new installs, before they even finished ours. We would not recommend them to anyone else.

Absolutely fantastic guys! I had a complete disaster with algae, oil, and had drained my above ground pool. They came out and knew exactly what to do! I’ve also hired them to come back next year for maintenance. And was super impressed that they want to teach me how to maintain pool. Great guys! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

Dave came out for an emergent issue caused by our previous pool company on a Saturday, none the less. We scheduled the appt for Monday with HomeAdvisior, but I called him directly and he was able to get to me right away! He's been very responsive, knowledgable and helpful.
