everything was excellent . I can not rate quality until we use the system for a few cycles. We are waiting to see if It fixed our problem with water spots. I would like Water of Texas to come back out and test our water to see how much our hardness has changed. We are very pleased with the RO system installed. Mike was very knowledgeable about the water systems, explaining how they work, and was able to give me a quick and accurate quote. He gave me confidence in their capability right from the quote process. Nick and Humero did a great job installing the system. They were quick to troubleshoot and plan out all the work that needed to be done. This was a turnkey water softener system I bought from Water of Texas with additional water filtration equipment that I bought on my own before contacting Mike. I will absolutely do business with them again if the opportunity arises.

Once I placed my request on Angi List, they reached out immediately. The rep continued to update me about expected arrival time. Hey was very knowledgeable about my water softener. He gave me an honest diagnosis of my softener. After researching online everything he suggested was accurate and true. Next step, is installing a new softener. This is after we troubleshoot all other possible results to fix the current softener.
