I had Water Guys come out to my house in Liberty St on two separate occasions. Once for the kitchen faucet, dripping and once for a leaking shower. Both Times the plumbers were terrific, friendly and really communicative. They put on their clean-boots before entering the house, got right to work, showed me the problems, let me decide how to address them, then they fixed them without any stalling or trouble. After the first visit, Mark came back and looked at another problem and they did not charge me for that minor thing. Terrific plumbers!!!

Mark has done a wonderful job. He came at the time he promised and took care of the installation. The softener he brought was of high quality. He even stabilized the existing whole house filtration system after he discovered that the old setup was not structurally sound. I would like to highly recommend him for any water filtration and softener service!

The shower and faucet fixtures are not universal and did not fit. Keep getting the run around on returning items that were opened but not used. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

Dennis called me promptly, and we set something up for the following week. He showed up on time, explained the process and equipment being installed and he promptly started the installation. Very pleasant, hard working older gentlemen. Recommend him 100&. Everything turned out as expected. Just sorry it took me this long to get this done.

The Water Guys installed a water softener in my house in 2019. When they were installing I was concerned about where it was being placed and connect, as it seemed it was just being connect to the water heater. I was given multiple guratnees and they even showed me a test of it working. However a few neighbors have a company installing theirs, they came over to see how mine was connected as they could not find the main "cold" line...They only connect the water softner to my cold water line of the water heater, so only the water in the water heater is being treated. I have attempted to call them for about a week and no one answers or returns calls.

Certified Plumbing didn't like my comment about the Installation Price and when I inquired about the price his comment was that was his price---(YES HIS PRICE) How about the Installation price of $980.00 instead and with The Water Guys another High Price to make their money and VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP on the return times. I now have to get a Plumber to come in and detach the Filtration System, replace both of my Toilets and maybe have to replace the Norbitz Waterless Tank. I was told along time ago that there was never anything wrong with my water. I even sent a sample of my water to a Laboratory in Pennsylvania. I do not recommend either one of the companies to anyone.

"Sorry say this was a difficult customer, did not know his condition, seemed normal. Had unit taken out because it might not be working and disposed of it then ask for a refund after system (2 Mo. old) was discarded. I gave him back his money and he was going to retract all his complaints, he did BBB and not angies list. Not worth time talking to him. 1 in a thousand as our reviews show, we all get them,"

Water Giys did an outstanding job! We bought a new construction home in Oviedo and needed to get a water softener system installed quickly after moving in. They were able to test our water, provide an estimate and even install the system ALL IN THE SAME DAY. I definitely recommend them.

Mark and Dennis were very helpful, pleasant, and professional. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. When I noticed a bit of leakage the evening of the installation, I got in touch and they were out the very next morning to fix the problem. The price of the water softener was far more reasonable than that of another company with which I had previously done business. I would highly recommend this company.
