Water Boy Systems

From black/gray water full of sediment sulphur and iron to clean crisp drinkable water. Waterboy gave us an amazing experience. I will recommend them to everyone. A bit more pricey than Culligan but they are honest and give you the products that you need, and explain why. Drew was an amazing installer. Man deserves a raise after our install, needed two people but did it himself and professionally installed our system in an area we can easily reach, which made the install hard, he worked for 8 hours to get our system up and explained everything at 9pm when he was finally done. Can't thank Drew and the company enough for their services.

So I can tell you we have had some issues with our system but I can also tell you that the staff and ownership from waterboy will do what it takes to make things right! We had a little problem with our reverse osmosis system which called for service three times besides the normal maintenance. Last week they came out and said they were sorry and we're not sure what was causing our 6-year-old system to have the issues and they replaced it free of charge! They have always been fair and try to get to us as soon as their schedule allows.

The service was done On time and done to PERFECTION. Ben and Conner answered ALL my crazy questions (got a flood phobia) just go with them skip the plumbers and Those other guys!!!!

Ben did a water test and was really helpful in educating my family on our water needs. He explained options to purchase or rent equipment and the prices were reasonable. I’d definitely recommend asking for Ben.
