I was hooked up with this company through Angie. I had damage to four appliances due to a lightening strike next to my home. They worked on all four of the appliances, requesting payment each time. Only one of the appliances was actually repaired. The wall oven/microwave, the dishwasher and the downdraft never worked again. I ended up buying a new wall oven/microwave and a dishwasher. I had paid for these repairs and they refused to stand behind their ?repairs?. The downdraft I had to call a different appliance company to come out and pay for another repair. I WOULD NOT LET THESE PEOPLE ANYWHERE NEAR MY HOME AGAIN. The owner wouldn?t even return my phone calls.

The repairman came within the time frame given to me. Vlad diagnosed the dryer problem quickly (a broken part). He had the replacement part available and replaced that part. The work was done in a short amount of time.
