Absolutely amazing people to deal with. Hired them for cleaning my mom’s ceilings and walls and it turned out to be a deep cleaning, which was REALLY needed! No additional charges. The ladies were fast, thorough, professional and friendly and so was the owner. I can’t thank them enough for the wonderful experience!

I had VesCo come out and clean our whole house before we moved in and they did a great job, and we now have them scheduled to come for regular cleanings every 3 weeks. I like that they are flexible with scheduling and Jeremy has been very easy to work with, and the cleaners are super nice and have done a great job.

"Hello, Thank you for sharing your opinion in regards to your cleaning experience with VesCo! As stated in our Satisfaction Agreement that you signed after your walk through with our team and the work was completed, we state that all of our work is guaranteed and that if you are unsatisfied with anything just let us know and we will be happy to come right back out to your home and re clean anything at no cost to you, with prompt, kind and friendly service. We also include our Satisfaction Agreement in our confirmation email sent to you prior to your appointment. We do everything we can to make sure that you know we will take care of any issue that may arise in any situation. We do have on record that you signed our Satisfaction Agreement but we never heard back from you about any issues. We do want to mention a few facts that we believe are important and for some reason have been left out of your review. This job was booked under the pretense of painting work being done in your home and the house needed to be cleaned prior to the painting work. When our team arrived they walked into a small home housing about 8 dogs (Yorkie's?) that have had free run through out the whole house. At that time they were enclosed in a sun room area but from the pictures my team submitted to me it was evident they lived in the house because there were feces and urine spots all over the wood floors and urine stains and feces embedded in your carpet as well as fleas. There were whole pieces of dog poo on the floor and old dry poo crusted on the floor. The smell in your home was very unpleasant and after a while my team became sickly because of the stinch. Neither the amount of dogs you have living with you or the foul condition of your home was ever mentioned to us upon booking and my team was unprepared to encounter that scenario through out your whole home. I did instruct them to do what they could when they called me to report the condition of your home because we truly wanted to help but there is only so much we can do walking into a situation like that not knowing and unprepared. We think we deserve an A++. If we would have known your home was in that condition we would have passed on the job all together. We had to throw out a lot of rags that day and even a vacuum cleaner because it was ruined. We appreciate the opportunity to serve but we would choose to opt out if presented again in the future. We were very impressed with VesCo's performance during a one-time deep clean. I reached out to them about a week before going into labor with our first child, as I wasn't able to clean the house as well as I would have liked to. They were prompt in responding to my initial inquiry, and have been responsive to any questions since. We have had recurring monthly services for three months now, and we have been very pleased with our home. They are quite thorough, and always follow any instructions that we leave.

They were not professional. They estimated 3.5-4.5 hours to finish the work. After we came back in about 4 hours, we found there were many places without cleaning. They didn’t pay attention to details. Don’t waste your money if you really want a deep cleaning.

The cleaning service was awesome to deal with from first email to arrival of the cleaning team. The work they did was fabulous. We were pleased at the level of cleaning done, the attention paid to detail and the initiative shown. If it were within our budget, we would hire for regular service.
