About us

Valley Mold Services provides extremely thorough, health-centric mold inspections and mold remediation consultation services. --INSPECTIONS-- Mold inspections are performed by an inspector certified by the National Organization of Remediators and Mold Inspectors (NORMI). This entails a visual inspection accompanied by thermal imaging, moisture meter readings, and mold and mycotoxin test samples as needed. We recommend whole home/building inspections around $500 depending on square footage. These take about 4 hours by 1-2 inspectors. Brief "spot checks" for a specific leak, water event, or potential mold spot are around $200. --REMEDIATION CONSULTATION SERVICES-- Valley Mold Services does NOT provide physical mold remediation services directly but we are NORMI-certified as remediator to help you navigate all the details of remediation including remediation protocols and ensuring it's done to industry standards (whether by a remediation company or yourself as appropriate).

Valley Mold Services came in and did a thorough inspection throughout our whole house. Sarah addressed any and all areas of concern, we very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. She walked us through the whole process and gave us honest feedback about our mold inspection. We received test results within days and the results were given to us in a way that was easy for us to understand

Sarah was so thorough and helpful. She spent so much time in our home and found all the areas with issues that we never even realized we had. She also helped support us and give advice on who to hire for remediation. I believe she provided significantly more support than anyone else would have. We knew of some mold spots in our new home and wanted to know the best course of action on how to resolve it. Valley Mold Services tested them and covered how to address those spots, and also found other spots (toilet & fireplace) we didn’t already know about. Turnaround time was quick for the mold tests and I felt comfortable with the whole process. Easy to schedule with and very personable! It was $500 for a whole home inspection but worth every penny!
