Our thorough inspections use the latest technologies-drone photos, infrared thermal imaging, etc. We write detailed custom reports specific to your property. No check the box reports! We provide FREE Radon testing with each inspection. We now offer Childproof Safety inspections and installation of devices and childproofing. We specialize in lakefront, luxury, large and 1-8 bedroom homes. We inspect condominiums, duplexes and manufactured homes. Bad contractor inspections and expert witness service, also available. We offer mold and lead testing, sewer scope, air quality testing and water testing. IAC2 Certified for Radon and Air Quality Testing. We gladly give veteran and emergency responder discounts.
