Inspector did a very good and thorough job. He explained everything to us so that we were able to understand all the issues and problems we were faced with. He also went above and beyond his call of duty by allowing me to facetime him with questions on another house.

They did a wonderful job. After losing sleep over a repair I thought would cost thousands, I was informed that the issues I was concerned about could be handled by a professional, but also that I could do them myself in a weekend with a couple hundred dollars. It'll take some work, but that set my mind at ease. He explained everything, provided tips on some possible repairs, sent a video explaining the same possible repairs, and even looked at some other things beyond what was originally agreed upon. 10/10 would recommend.
