A friend of mine had some work done by this guy and have to admit I was pretty jealous. I gave him a call and within 24 hours he was at the house bidding the job. He was upfront about everything so I not only knew what to expect but also the cost. I had my bathroom remodeled in no time. We were never without the use of the bathroom. If he wasn’t working on it, it was working for our needs. Very professional and well educated. 10/10 recommend him for all your needs big or small.

Down to earth honest business pros! Fantastic job at getting the basement that flooded all dried out and cleaned up. For the damage that was caused they saved us a lot of money on having to remodel the whole downstairs!! It was actually amazing because we didn’t think anything was salvageable. Toxicity and Mold Removal
I just purchased a home and when I started to really dig into it I knew it was definitely more than I was built for. I was lucky enough to stumble onto Univera construction and called them. They showed up pretty quickly and found several issues ranging from mold to electrical and even water damage. Tim (owner) was patient, kind, and professional. He took his time explaining everything and was actually so awesome I had him do all my other projects like moving my laundry room to upstairs and putting up a privacy fence. I will be contacting him for sure when I get ready to remodel more of our forever home. You really can’t go wrong with putting your trust in him or his company.

Best group of people we have ever worked with! Was out promptly after we initially called and gave an estimate. Once we chose them they quickly gave us a date to come out and start services. They were very prompt and got the job done. Final results were perfect. All employees were very respectful and curious. Would definitely use again if needed and will recommend to all of our friends
