Uncle E's knocked it out of the Park! When the shutoff valve for my toilet broke open, I had to shut off the water for my entire apartment building. I put out a call on Angi's List, but the soonest I could get was tomorrow morning. Until Uncle E's! Elvis, the owner, drove up himself and fixed the valve ASAP! All in all, from problem to solution was probably 2 hours! The job was clean, professional, and fast. And the Owner is a badass!

Have known the owner since before he had his own company. Quality, fair priced, and most importantly he’s involved. A lot of companies nowadays are backed by private equity groups, but not with this company. The owner answers calls, is in the field, and does the work. That’s something most places can’t even start to talk about, if you’re looking for honest, reliable, and old school work, you’ve come to the right place. Uncle Ed's Plumbing is the "BEST IN NEVADA". Owner Elvis takes care of his customers before, during, and for years after the jobs been completed. I've never meet a more honest business owner in my life time. With he's top-noch crew there is no reason to look any futher for any of your plumbing need. If I could give more then 5 stars I would.

Uncle E’s came out and replaced a water heater for me and replaced an old hose Bibb on the front of my house that sprayed water everywhere when used. The original call out was for my leaking water heater and when I asked about the hose bibb, Elvis said not to worry and just took care of it for me. I’m really thankful that he did that for me and I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Thanks again. Brian

They scheduled a consultation quickly, arrived on time, and completed a thorough inspection. Everything was explained clearly, including the issue, the estimate, and the steps involved. Despite the complexity of the job and working in a tight space, they completed the work efficiently and with minimal disruption to our home. I’ve worked with many contractors and Uncle E’s may be the best experience I’ve ever had. They were prompt, reliable, conscientious, and the work was excellent. Price was very reasonable especially for the quality of the work. Minor issues were resolved quickly and with no argument. I highly recommend!

Install started 3/18/25 but job not finished until 3/20/25 to dispose old unit. Company did not arrive on time nor did they call re disposing old unit as scheduled and then rescheduled multiple times. My personal schedule was disrupted multiple days. The company did not act until I formally disputed my payment with my bank. This experience was horrible, stressful, and frustrating.

Elvis the owner and Daryll came and helped with my water heater. Elvis is extremely honest! He and Daryll were outstanding. I will utilize his services again. My sister-in-law called him and he was honest with what needed to be accomplished. The are the best.

Juan showed up on-time, was friendly and professional. Performed the annual cleaning and inspection of my tankless water heater, and replaced my worn out garbage disposal as well. Juan worked quickly and efficiently, and left my home as clean as when he arrived. Juan is great!

They were able to come by in just a few hours and assess the issue. They instructed me to purchase the hardware to save money (much appreciated). They are scheduled to come by first thing in the morning to fix the leak etc.

The Plumbing Technician sent to me was very informative and, because I had a fixed monthly income ? I expressed my concern for the overall cost of his higher side estimate to properly complete the project. Near completion of the plumbing project, there was a discussion whether I wished the garbage on whether the garbage disposal replaced (as this was discussed on previous occasions) ? it was decided I did not NEED a new garbage disposal unit and the Technician left my premises to retrieve a ?catcher? for the opening of the disposal unit ? subsequently, I decided it would probably be best to have a new disposal unit and called Uncle Es plumbing to advise the Technician. The technician called me and sounded a little iterated why I could not have made the decision ?while he was at the residence?. I found this comment was most unprofessional and, when he finally returned, he replaced the old disposal unit and completed the project. The final cost was OVER $450, than the ?high price?

I had a great experience with Uncle E's Plumbing. I called and got a free estimate for my work quickly. Juan came out and let me know what was up with my issue, explained my options, and answered all my questions. The quoted prices for the work were far less than any other licensed plumbers I had contacted. Darrel came out to do the work, arrived on time, answered even more questions I had, and got the job done. Excellent customer experience, excellent prices. Highly recommend.

Mike did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He installed a no-salt water softener/conditioner and shut off the valve with an additional water spike. After the installation, I noticed that one item, the cover, had not been installed. Mike returned promptly and reinstalled it without any issues. I would definitely use his services again.

Mike did the work of replacing our water softener with a water conditioner. He did a great job with no leaks and very professional installation. The cost was very reasonable and will go to them for any other plumbing needs.

I have finally found my plumbing company!!! Since living here for over twenty years, I have used many plumbing companies and most in the case of water emergencies. The problems were resolved but there were always small issues that made me not 100% satisfied. Uncle E’s Plumbing not only met all my expectations, they went the extra mile to win me over as a loyal customer. Uncle E was very professional, very knowledgeable and very experienced. He gave me all my options and never try to pressure me or use scare tactics. He was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable When Darrell and B came the next day, I was just as impressed. Darrell was very focused and set on finding the hot water leak. They spent the WHOLE day looking at everything from all angles. They said they wanted to be completely sure before drilling holes and tearing down walls. As it turned out, the leak was too small to show any telltale signs. Another company was going to drill through the kitchen floor. They inspected the house multiple times, over and over again. Finally, they advised me to keep a lookout for any signs of water stains in the future. I felt so relieved. Then Uncle E showed up and said that they wouldn’t be charging me anything!! I was in shock! They had also replaced the autofill in my pool, rerouted some pipes under the kitchen sink and also stop a leak in the irrigation system. And, it wasn’t like I was a repeat customer. This was the first time I had used them. I am very grateful. And also very relieved to have found a company I can turn to when something goes wrong. Not only are they reliable, they are honest and stand behind their word. Thank you! Thank you!
