"I have made multiple attempts to resolve this customer's complaints. Full walk through was completed on day 8 of the job. Customer wrote out a check for services. Then, 10 minutes later customer called claiming that payment would be disputed at the bank. Even after these incidents I am still willing to work with the customer to resolution."
