We worked with Ronnie Smith in 2001 to have our roof replaced after hail damage. Then after many hail storms in 2023 we worked with Ronnie again. He is responsive, easily available, knowledgeable, and very kind! And they did a really nice job on our new roof (twice).

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Ronnie was very quick to come out and inspect our roof which had a couple of leaks. We had the estimate the next day and the repairs completed the following day at a very reasonable price. It's the company we'll go to when the roof needs to be replaced or for any repairs in the meantime.

DeWayne was very patient and explained the process thoroughly. The work was completed as he had explained it would and in a timely manner. The crew worked quickly and cleaned up when they were done. At the end of the day, my roof was replaced and it looks great!

The roof and gutters look amazing but the sub-contractors kept throwing trash into my garden while onsite. I asked them multiple times to stop as did the owner Ronnie. However they continued to throw trash into my garden until finished. The sub-contractors did not secure my evaporate cooler lines back to the roof and left them unsecured. The sub-contractor also left my gate unlocked and I found my dog in front of my house when I returned home. I would recommend this company if they went with a different sub-contractor or if you don't have a garden/dog/evaporate cooler.

They did an excellent job however they left some traffic prints in the asphalt tiles. I also got defective shingles and I'm waiting for a rep to come out to see. I think owens corning was the manufacture.

Dewayne did an amazing job replacing my roof after our neighborhood was hit by a big hail storm. He was very responsive to questions prior to the project starting. The job started on-time and his crew did an amazing job; even spending extra time making sure the site was completely free of nails and other debris after they were through. My neighbors commented that they wished they had used Dewayne instead of the contractors they hired. I highly recommend him and wouldn't consider using anyone else.

They arrived the day they promised and got the job done quickly and professionally. The manager kept me informed of their progress. They cleaned up real good, and handled everythign really well. It was a tough job as there were many layers they had to remove, but they did everything required and it looks good. They also fixed areas that needed additional attention and did not charge extra for that.

Roofing projects are a mess - make sure the roofing company is conscientious about putting down tarps, running nail magnets and repairing any damage caused by the removal of the old shingles. Like any major home project, expect this to be far more disruptive and dirty than expected - it's just part of the process and the best pros, like UB Code Roofing, do a nice job of mitigating this inconvenience but it's impossible to avoid entirely.

This was a great company to work with. They did the estimates on my garage without me needing to be there. Their customer service person is prompt, friendly and knowledgable. They even did the job in January and returned to look a few things in July for no charge. Finally, and very important to me, they were meticulous at cleaning up. I had told them I had a dog and needed all the nails cleaned up and after months I have only found two. That is an incredible statistic and speaks to their dedication to doing the entire job well. I'd definitely recommend this company!

This was the weirdest job I have ever contracted out. The job had to be done twice, and the two were night & day different! The first time the roofing job was the worst, most unprofessional mess I could ever have imagined! I wrote the contractor an email detailing all of the deficiencies, and there were many! I got an email back that simply said, "I'll take care of it." They recovered well! The 2nd time around, they did a very good job. They completely stripped the first attempt off and started over. The 2nd job was just what I expected the first time! I don't know how one company could do two jobs on the same roof that were so different!!!
