Flooring itself was installed well. Trim was shoddy with globs of caulking left, walls patched poorly, door trim broken and left broken, transition strips were wrong for the floor and didnt care to do it correctly. Couldnt clean up after themselves and had little respect for personal property. I was told they would be able to set the toilet and that wasnt the case. I had to call a plumber to fix it and In the process of going behind them to finish their job. They were rushed to get the job done to move on to the next.

I asked several times at the end of each day ...... is everything ok? Is there anything you would like more attention too? I do not want to get into a battle of words. I wish I was more aware of the feelings here before I left the job. I have and always will consider the home owners opinion. After being a contractor for many years it is unfortunate that they are times when a home owner is just not happy. Regrets Mike Farley"

Mike was great! Our only concern was the lack of a formal written bid prior to the work beginning but Mike stuck to our agreed verbal price, provided receipts for materials, and completed the work quicker than we had anticipated. When finished he explained all the work he had done and answered all of our numerous questions. We will definitely use Mike again for future projects and have already recommended him to friends!

Mike was prompt and courteous, and provided a very fair estimate without asking how much my insurance was offering. His estimate was definitely the cheapest of the contractors. He arrived as scheduled, both for the estimate and the repair. He and his crew did a great job on the siding, it matched well, and they cleaned up after themselves. He was great!
