Many missed spots, very disappointed in this service. Plenty of these 5 star reviews have only 1 review, please discuss in depth your needs with this company if you decide to hire them.

We understand it's impossible to please 100% of our clients, even though we aim to do so. You expressed pure joy with our services, except for an issue that we had to return for (that we were not told about in the initial quote, yet remedied free of charge). All of our reviews are authentic, and only three of them have only one review, while the highest one has the same profession as you:). We take pride in the integrity, honesty, and professionalism of our business therefore, we are not in the industry of falsifying reviews. This company was recommended by my neighbor. They cleaned about 2 hours after arriving almost an hour late. My cleaning was $167 on 2-5-22 and it was supposed to be a deep clean as requested. The next morning in the daylight, I saw and took pictures of many areas missed or skipped. Floors were not clean and had not been thoroughly cleaned well, missed some area of dusting, skipped top of fridge and microwave, and did not clean the bath tub and shower in 2nd guests bathroom. I was disappointed and would not recommend Triron services llc. Lori, the owner, was not helpful in making things right customer service skills. She was not willing to correct the problems and just gave excuses. She even threatened lawsuit actions for negative reviews. Really? BEWARE, they do not do a professional cleaning job. They have extra charges after their already higher priced packages. Cleaning inside of microwave is another $10... I cleaned for 6 hours to make sure everything was out of the way. I also cleaned my ceiling fans, oven, and had the house ready for a through deep cleaning of floors and a good dusting, which is not what I received. I got a 2-hour light cleaning only. I have pictures. See Yelp.com. I took the next morning 2-6-22.. Additionally, without my permission, they took pictures of the master bedroom and bathroom to add to their website. I plan to get removed.

I've hired Ty and his family a few times now for various things around my new house. They are always so nice, very professional, and take great care in what they do. I have and would recommend them to anyone for moving or cleaning services.

I rarely review but will when credit is deserved. I'm big on good customer service and I got that and then some. Not only was Lori great at answering all my questions but the scheduling was so easy and the price was right! They all did a fantastic job and will definitely use them again!! My furniture was extremely damaged on 12/05/2020 by Ty and his movers. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently filing a claim in small claims court after the company has refused to provide information on their Insurance carrier, a required USDOT number for operating a moving company, or repair to my furniture and television. BEWARE!
