The process started off well. We scheduled a date for a review of the work to be done. I was given the cost of that repair which I agreed to. When they did the review they informed me that that was "soft" spots in the roof that needed to be repaired. He showed me pictures from his phone of the soft spots. a price was quoted and I agreed to that service. At that time I was told I would get pictures of the work done because it was on top of the roof. I agreed to the price that was quoted after I reviewed the estimate that was sent to me. At the conclusion of the service I reminded the provider that I had not received the pictures of the repairs that was completed and that some of their supplies were left at my home. He stated he would send me the pictures and come pick up the supplies. He was paid as agreed. After the holidays I did not hear from him so I contacted him again and received a notice that the phone number I had been using to communicate with Josh was inactive at this time. I tried sending a text message and received the same response. I then called the number listed on the website and spoke to a woman who confirmed that Josh did work for the company and would get in touch with me with the hour. To date I have not hear from the company.

They showed up right when they said they would and finished the job quickly and professionally then cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I highly recommend them.

Work is being completed on skylights, Work quality is good. Waiting to see if leak is gone on next rainy day.

Josh was super responsive and was able to install new skylights within a few days after providing an estimate.

Josh did my inspection. He communicated well before and after the job. He took excellent pictures of the problems he found, and went over each one with me. We discussed the options of fixing the immediate problems vs doing a whole new roof. He explained the roof was at its end of lifespan and I needed it done soon whether we fixed the temporary problems or not. I didn't feel any pressure to give Trinity the work, whether I did the small repair or whole roof replacement. He did not treat me poorly because I am a woman.

He quoted me a reasonable price, and came back a few days later with his worker and completed the job in just a few hours.They cleaned up everything perfectly.Josh told me that Trinity roofing is a family owned business and I could tell that he cares deeply about his company and the people that he is helping and his community.
