Unfortunately they were not able to completely fix my problem. They think it is my router. I am not sure. They were a pleasure to work with and very amenable to help and did their best to try to fix my issues. My problem is very complicated and I believe required more that just a normal situation. Under different conditions I would not hesitate to recommend and work with them again. They were very professional and compliant to my needs.
