Top Tier Roofing

I contacted Top Tier Roofing about some apparent water damage on our kitchen ceiling. I got an immediate response from David Weber, the owner of the company. I wasn't sure that he would be willing to look at our issue since it was likely a small job. Calls to a couple of other companies went unanswered. He and Gilbert came out a couple of days later, looked at the problem knowing exactly what was needed and agreed to do the work for us at a nominal cost. David came with copies of his business license, proof of liability insurance and prior reviews. I have never worked with a contractor that provided this information without being asked. His demeanor was extremely professional, knowledgeable and positive. Every person I spoke with at the company was equally as professional and responsive. Porfirio came out to do the work, which was done very quickly and gave us the peace of mind that we may not encounter bigger problems down the road. It is rare to have the pleasure of working with such responsive and professional people who obviously know what they are doing. I immediately felt comfortable with them doing the work. We hopefully have a few more years left on the roof but when the time comes, I wouldn't hesitate at all to call them to do the job. Many thanks to David, Gilbert and Porfirio! Top Tier is the best roofing company out there. From the bottom to the top they are just amazing.

Over the years, we've used quite a few companies to fix our roof, but this is the only one I plan to use again. They’re extremely punctual with scheduling, and their workers are very professional—quick and efficient. Since everyone’s situation is different, you’ll understand once you’ve experienced it yourself.

July 10, 2025. Top Tier Roofing provided excellent service in replacing my roof and rain gutters. I met with Dave Weber (owner) and Gil Ballin (manager) to review the estimate and answer all my questions. The job was completed in 2 days. All the workers were very professional and thorough. Top Tier are easy to work with and worked closely with us to install our roof and then had to come back to replace damaged ones . The damaged ones were due to foot traffic and heat during installment. There were some problems as the roofing material is soft due to its thickness and needed replacement in some areas . They replaced it in the damaged areas no charge . The type of roof we bought was presidential Solaris . Just know when you buy this style roofing it’s got a lot of tar in each piece which makes it last longer ,but if it’s warm out it gets softer. Don’t walk on it! Also it’s definitely much warmer in our house due to its thickness and color. Especially up stairs . With that said it looks nice and it will last 50 years. Top Tier were all very kind, respectful and professional in handling our situations with our home roofing.. We are satisfied with their work and would call on them again for any roofing needs .

After asking for multiple quotes, we decided to go with Top Tier Roofing to redo our roof. The quote was good, and Henry was the only person who came and explained to me all the different shingles and covers since we are 1st time home owner. He gave me samples so we were able to decide with what we were going. David the owner called us to answer our final questions. The good surprise was that they were able to start the work one week earlier. Juan and Jose's team did an amazing work, working hard, punctual, polite and professional. The whole thing took 4 days and half which is a good amount of time since our roof is really steep. Now our house is looking even more beautiful and we are ready for the winter storms !
