The project is a roof repair at 1911 SW 85th Ave, the company is Tommie B Butts Jr Enterprises. The initial repair was done on Oct 13 and still had a minor leak. The company responded in a professional and courteous manner, came back and finished the repair in a through manner. Overall, despite the initial problem, I am very happy with the final result and would use this company again.

What can I say? I screwed-up! I didn't include things in the contract that I thought were a "given" part of a kitchen remodeling, like painting. I'll know better next time. I'll also shop around more for better prices. But after 3 other contractors that even failed to show-up, these guys did follow thru with their plans and timeliness.
