Rochelle has been helping me through my first home purchase. Her advice, experience, observations and personality has really helped my nerves through the process. She has been very responsive to texts and phone calls, has been very flexible with scheduling and she saved me thousands of dollars by talking me into a sewer pipe inspection. Her thorough inspection report drove a lot of preclosing rework that will save me even more and I look forward to the post rework inspection. I was thankful that I could find an inspector who could do a general home inspection of a home we are purchasing. She took 3.5 hours to go through the house and I thought that would be she would be thorough, I believe she was. I was also thankful that she would allow me, at my request, to come down at the end of her inspection so she could explain the problems and walked me through to let me see issues in person. She also told me what issues could cause us problems getting home owners insurance and if we had a FHA loan. She also put me at ease that while the issue would cause a problem we would just have to have the repairs done within 30 days of closing. After meeting her in person I felt more at ease with the handful of issues we knew about and with others we were worried about that could be a bigger problem.
She was also professional and cared about her job very much. I would definitely recommend her and her company to friends.
