Texas Wide Inspection

Our reference told us he is been going downhill. Had him inspect our house and never mentioned any insulation in the attic, or exposed pipes, the furnace is 27 years old! Would not recommend many!

Mr. Garcia inspected my first potential home purchase and I will use him for every home I purchase from here on out. He took his time to explain to me everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He taught me and that is so important for someone who doesn't know much about home inspections. His report was easy to read and understand for someone who does not know the housing language.
