It went wonderfully. They arrived early and didn't waste time getting things done. She has another bathroom and if she likes this she will call them back and have 2 more installed there. On the add category at the bottom you can not add grab bar installation

The two guys showed up asked what work I needed to be done. I told them what I needed and what I had tried. They accomplished what I couldn't do very quickly. They were both nice, polite and professional. The only issue I had was with the price. I expected the price to be about $100 instead of the $124; but I would still call them again for any future plumbing that I can't handle.

The only hiccup with with the time originally discussed for them to do the work but one phone call later, it was quickly resolved. The workers were efficient, friendly and identified another potential problem down the road and correct it. They also left the work area spotless!!! You would have never know they were there doing plumbing work.

We stopped getting cold water from our master bath shower. Terry Vereen Plumbing was able to get someone out quickly and fixed the issue. They showed up on time, and billed us exactly what we expected.

Kind, pleasant, professional employees from those in the office to the estimator to the guys who did the work. Worked hard. Paid attention to my requests (where to run pipes, bushes to avoid, etc). Job was completed about a month ago and plumbing works so much better than any other time in the 20 yrs we've lived in this house. Overall a good experince.

Service from technicians is still exemplary at Terry Vereen, but initial reception needs improvement. I spoke with Erica in the front office to book an appointment for a minor issue with my faucet and toilet. She neglected to inform me of new, more expensive labor rates ($99/hr raised to $124/hr). I also asked a time range to expect the tech. She expressed that the 1-3 time window was open. On the day of service at 2pm, I was called and asked again what services needed to be performed. I asked speak with, Kelly, the front office manager the next day and she let me know that she would speak with her front office team regarding these concerns. I was thankful that the technician accepted my 15% off Angie’s List coupon at the time of service, but when I spoke with Kelly, I wasn't offered any incentive to remain a customer of Terry Vereen after several years of loyalty.

Our tenant called saying that the hot water heater was leaking and the only shut off valve was for the entire house. I called Terry Vereen Plumbing and they came out within 2 hours. Once assessed and I agreed that a new heater was needed, they began to remove the old while a new one was being delivered. They were fast and thorough! They also installed a shut-off valve at the heater.

I supplied the new shower faucet, handle and shower head. The bathroom was upstairs and had copper lines going to the old faucet. I wanted a transition from copper to the pvc and install new parts. The guy cut out about three feet of copper line and replaced it with pvc instead of just putting a small transition piece from the copper to the new pvc. There is a gap in between the handle and the piece that sits on the wall where the water is turned on. I had another plumber tell me that this will leak in a year or two and that they do that to assure a future job. He took the copper with him which sells for a big price. He did a good job on the toilet parts install. Then after all of that, he charged me almost $600.00. When I said something he said well, you know there is almost $300.00 in parts?????? The only parts they supplied was pvc, 8 connections and toilet parts. RIP OFF on the parts. I have used them in the past and they did great work and for a reasonable price but I will never use them again.

Because our plumbers are not on commission, there is no incentive to install more than what is needed to complete the job at hand. Our house will re-piped in 1988 and I was told that the material used was not up to code. We had this company re- piped our house. Very knowledgeable about the project and very professional. Work timely and was completed in one day. Very friendly and ask if we had any questions along the way. Cleaned up and inspected all areas prior to leaving. I certainly was pleased with the job and will recommend this company to my friends . This is the second job this company has done and both met our expectation and more.

The initial consultation over the phone, and in person, was very professional. During the estimate, everything was explained properly and concise. The workers arrived on time AND followed the instruction to 'Call first' so that we could put our pups in the yard. They had Been informed of EXACTLY what had to be done and needed little explanation from us. They brought ALL of their tools and materials in to begin and made very few trips back out to their truck. The job was complete within the time frame that was alloted and done just the way we wanted. The lead man even took the time to answer questions, give advice, and help with a couple of things that were not on the estimate. They cleaned up very nicely When all was finished and we happily paid for their services, we even had the time to chat for a bit Before their next appointment. Great company. Great People. Very affordable. We h Highly recommend them for Your next fix or home improvement project.
