First time using this business. Kristina responded quickly to my request. I needed better security on my home laptop and router. Also my printer had quit working. She had to make two visits because I had so many updates. She is a very friendly and gracious person and tolerant of my silly dog. She showed up with her mask and was prepared to adjust to whatever safeguards I thought I needed in regards to Coronavirus. Very happy with this service.
