Flat, Foam, or Single Ply Roofing Installation and Replacement
Don't hire them. In April 2020 Team Roofing NW installed a new Poly glass torch down roof with a 5-year warranty. 3-1/2 years later it leaked so bad that the ceiling caved in. The foreman came out & said that the crew did a lousy job & that they were going to replace it, which they did. By the next heavy rain, it leaked again. They came out a couple more times & could not find the leak. After requesting the repairs 3 times I had no choice but to I hire a different Company to replace the whole roof. When I called & emailed Team Roofing NW to request payment for the job another company had to complete, they ignored me. Unfortunately, the only option I have at this point is to take them to court.

"Hello Magdalena, We come out and fixed the roof that was leaking and on our second visit we then realized that it was not our roof that was leaking it was your metal roof that was above the torch down roof that we installed. So we actually have done more than we should have when it came to fixing the roof as it was not our fault it was the metal roof that you has on the upper portion of your home. Very professional team! They communicate well and do not try to sell you things you don't need or want. They were fast and efficient. GAF Master elite certified installer. The whole process from bid to scheduling to installation took less than 3 weeks. The crew cleaned up the yard and didn't damage my RV that could not be moved out of the way. The roof looks great! Very happy ?

Metal Roofing Installation and Replacement
As of yet they have not begun the work. I am impressed with the initial contact and their followup to complete the contract agreement. I am not impressed with their scheduling as I am awaiting the work to be scheduled. I understand the weather and previously scheduled jobs determine when but I would expect the company to have been in touch with me before this. I hope to give them 5 star reviews once the work has been completed.

"Hello Jeff, I am a bit confused about this review. You signed the roofing contract on November 18th. I left a voicemail on November 23rd welcoming you to the team and also letting you know that we are 6 to 8 weeks out from install and that we would be in contact with you within 5 to 7 weeks. I also emailed you a welcome letter that same day. Did you not receive any of these forms of contact to you? If that is the case I would be more than happy to give you a call and re emailing the welcome letter. We strive for customer service and do our best to make sure the customer is in contact the whole way through the process."

We hired TEAM Roofing for a roof replacement for 4 townhomes. The experience was unmatched. We have worked with many contractors over the years and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. From the initial evaluation and quote, to the quality of materials and careful supply to the outstanding installation and post installation follow-up. Well done and would highly recommend if you are in the market for a roof. They answered all questions and concerns promptly and did a wonderful job. The installation team cleaned every area that they worked in and were so friendly and professional. Great job, and many thanks!

The entire Team Roofing Northwest experience was fantastic. They were able to give us a quick and extremely fair estimate on replacing our roof. We had a few other quotes but none of them were nearly as competitive. We had two layers of shingles on our house that needed to be removed along with some damage to the sheeting and soffits. We saved thousands by choosing Team Roofing and the workmanship was phenomenal. The install time was extremely professional and cleanup was perfect. This decision is one that is made once every 25 years - if you need a roofing contractor, call Brandon at Team Roofing for the best service in the Puget Sound.

These guys do incredible work! They were prompt, efficient and did a total clean up around the property to make sure nothing was left - including my front porch! Brandon was incredible at getting me an accurate estimate to replace my existing roof, super friendly and all around great to work with. The morning of the job, they showed up and handled everything withprofessionally and efficiently. The team was extremely knowledgeable about their products and overall construction. Everyone I worked with was respectful and 100% pleasant to work with. I'll definitely be using them in the future!
