"Hi Everyone who reads this! We did 19 cleanings for Cornell and his wife starting in March. His pool was left beautiful week after week, on time and with consistency. The day he quit was the day he had his first complaint. He was upset the cleaner didn't clean out his filter. Cornell and his wife are new pool owners, and we actually took over the pool right after it was built. They are new to this whole pool cleaning thing and think the skimmers are called filters funny enough. By not clean them, he meant he wanted us to spray them out with a water hose. These are skimmer baskets and we emptied them but did not go the extra step to hook up a"

Tim, the owner, stopped by my house and introduced himself. He shocked my pool, at no charge. From this point, he explained the services he offered. I signed up for weekly pool service. Tim checked my pool on Easter to make sure it was doing ok. A big thumbs up and high five to Tim and his company!!
