They came in and were knowledgeable about the job that needed to be done. However, this being a business, they were understandably interested in doing repeat business. However, the sales pitch was much too strong; instead of saying, we could perhaps help you with this or this, it was a much, much harder sell. That part of the service call was not appreciated and results in the deduction of one star.

We contacted Svetek twice. First, we installed it at home. The guys immediately advised us not to take it from Costco. They did it better, cheaper and easier! And they immediately connected everything to a computer and phone! Last year, we contacted them with video surveillance around the temple. What I liked was that they did everything themselves, turnkey, including cameras! And it was cheaper than when I contacted an American company. I also liked that you can turn on the alien mode on weekends and at night. You get a movement alert directly to your phone and you can immediately see who is disturbing the peace there.. ð   .
