I called to get estimates for a dryer repair. Lina booked an appointment for the same day. Daniel came and assessed the problem. They ordered the parts and were able to fix the problem the same week. They are reliable and trustworthy! I would recommend them highly

They came out to look at 3 appliances, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. I was given an estimate to fix all 3. I was told they needed to order parts for each one and would get back to me in 3 or 4 days to schedule an appointment to fix them. I gave them the requested deposit to get started. A month later they called me to say they could not get a part for the refrigerator but the technician would try to figure out what else he could do to fix it when he came out. An appointment was schedule. When the technicians arrived they did not bring any parts for the other 2 appliances with them. They looked at all three appliances and again, told me they needed 3 or 4 days to order the parts needed. At that point I requested a refund of my deposit and said we are done. They did not fix anything and wasted a lot of my time. However, I did receive the refund promptly.

The mess on my stove was already fixed by my roommate, but I commend the group for their open communication and punctuality on arrival. Would call again for any issues.
