He was very knowledgeable & professional. He replaced all the canisters in my system as they hadn't been replaced in many years, he gave me some tips on helping my system run better, fixed a few problems with the tank & he also gave me a discount because I came to him through Home Advisor. I will continue to use him from now on to replace me filters every year. I appreciate all the great people Home Advisor sends my way.

I like that I was presented with options of either trying to repair the existing water softener system or to replace. The technicians explained how the system operates and they were very professional.

My service tech repaired the brand water-softener which I have. I couldn't get any help on from the company who's names is posted on the water- softener. I told him, what I have done on troubleshooting the problems. Knowing that it was best to have them fix the problems. He fixed the problem I have, and educated me on the softener. Knowing when I have to called them up, when I have a problem again. They're the Best!!

Followed through a couple of calls, on time, replaced bad tank, and I now have filtered water. Would hire again.

The only complaint I have, is the serviceman asked me to get rid of the trash from the old system and the boxes from the new system.

Very friendly. First time getting a water softener installed. I had several questions about the process and how to operate it. Everything was answered. I recommended this company to all my neighbors and friends that are still looking at purchasing and installing a water softener. If I have any other plumbing needs, Superior will be my first call.

Was told I would need to replace system. Superior came out, repaired the control head, and it works like a charm. They could easily have sold me a new unit, but, repaired what I have in place. They said I was good for at least another couple of years.. I really like and appreciate the integrity.

The repairman clearly understood the presented problem, and was able to diagnosis a repair plan. A new part had to be ordered and will be installed by Superior Water Systems.

Quality work at an honest price. Real people you can talk to about the problem/repair instead of dealing with a call center/receptionist that doesn't know anything about the problem/repair.
