This company was truly a blessing and wonderful experience during the home buying process! Prompt and on time for appointment and EXTREMELY THOROUGH! Do not use someone given to you by the people who are involved in your financial transaction…Hire this company instead! Veteran owned and staff works for YOU! They make sure you are completely aware of what you’re buying (by inspecting everything!) They literally left no stone unturned. We felt extremely comfortable and informed after receiving their report (which arrived same day as appointment). Will definitely use them again!

We are currently using DNH Inspections for our new build home, and they have been fantastic to work with so far. This isn’t just a one-time inspection….they will be completing several inspections throughout the entire building process to ensure everything is done correctly.
From the beginning, their communication has been excellent. The inspector is professional, punctual, and very thorough in checking details that we wouldn’t have known to look for ourselves. Every step of the way, they’ve explained their findings clearly and given us confidence that our new home is being built to the highest standard.
Although the process isn’t finished yet, we already feel a huge sense of reassurance knowing DNH Inspections is on our side. We highly recommend them to anyone going through the new build journey!

My inspector, Justin, did a great job with my apartment inspection. He was very thorough and found that the dishwasher wasn?t working, which was really important for me to know. Because of his inspection, I?ve decided I don?t even want the place if they aren?t going to fix it. I?m glad I was able to be there the whole time, and Justin took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. I really appreciate his professionalism and would recommend him to anyone needing an inspection.
