Did our wood floors, as well. Made them look almost like they had recently been sanded and polished. House cleaning did not live up to promises.

Very friendly person and very prompt to respond. Customer service is outstanding.

He said he would come back after the carpet dried to get any remaining stains. I called several times. He never called me back. Stain is still in the carpet

Worked with my elderly mother to clean her carpets and sofa. Was polite, respectful, and prompt. She was very pleased with the entire process.

The agent showed up on time and on schedule, however, to spite excellent customer service, the job was not near as I had expected. Severely disappointed in the carpet cleaning. For the same cash, I bought a Bissel Pro+ shampoo machine and the results were unbelievable. I doubt that cleaning agents/detergents were used. My recommendtion would be to just buy the Bissel Pro+ and then you can constantly freshen your carpets on a regular basis when they need it.. Sorry, But I have pictures that don't lie. ALSO, if you err and spray oven cleaner inside a self-cleaning oven, you MUST wipe it off and rinse the walls. the odors caused us to evacuate.

I had an excellent experience with Jim Shannon and would highly recommend him and his company. He was quick to respond, arrived early, professional, respectful and friendly. He answered all my questions, explained his process and the equipment he used.

Sunshine Maintenance Inc., Janitorial Services, cleaned our rugs on Wednesday, 9/5. Jim Shannon did a wonderful job. The rugs came up beautifully. He was very friendly and personable. I will definitely hire them again.

Showed up on time. Moved furnture. Did not break anything (you woulkd be surprised what other "professionals" could do). Very helpful and pleasant to work with.

He was good but his equipment was okay. He brought in an old vacuum and a so-so cleaning equipment. it was slightly bigger than what you would rent from home depot. I wasn't there while he was cleaning so I think he did a good job but not sure if he used soap or not. Our carpet was put brand new so we couldn't tell the difference.

The Sunshine person was courteous and professional. Did an exceptional job of cleaning the carpet for my home.

It is very bad experience, the service was very poor. The oven cleaning work was listed in the bill, I was charged. After they left I found out that the oven had not been touched at all. I called them but no response. One room was left uncleaned. Carpet was not cleaned completely. I'll never hire those people again. I'll tell evryone don't deal with this company!

Sunshine Maintenance did an excellent job with our carpets and were very friendly and nice as well. They exceeded our expectations!

Although Sunshine was responsive, they did not spend sufficient time nor clean all of the carpet that they were supposed to. They were priced low and I probably got what I paid for, a mediocre cleaning job, unfortunately.

Jim Shannon came to appointment on time and explained the project very well, he did a wonderful job, and also shared some useful tips to us.his professional job and experiece gave us a pleasure to enjor our new home . we would recommed him to a friend or colleague. Rui Zhu
