The guys who hung the TV had no experience with the LG G2, in fact they said it was the first one they had ever hung. I asked them to look at the U Tube video that showed how LG recommended the way to mount the model G2, which included the mount furnished by LG with the unit. They talked me into mounting the unit the way they were accustomed to, and not the way LG intended. Another point, the bill for this came to 54% of the cost of the TV & sound bar!! This was way out of what I thought the job would cost. I had another quote of 17% for the job that I should have followed up on. All in all, it was a lesson learned that I should have known better. It won't happen again.
