The best folks I’ve ever dealt with. Sales, service , delivery and installation all excellent. The installer Rafael Gomez was amazing he went above and beyond with the installation. Placing extra supports by using 2x4s to make sure the dishwasher fit perfectly.

I had a problem with the smell coming off a GE combo washer/dryer that I had just bought. I was so worried that "smell" wasn't something you could get help with. I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. I went into the shop on Dransville road to get help and after talking with them, they called someone and that person said no problem. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. I might have looked kind of foolish sniffing machines, but it was actually brillant. They took the smelly machine back and used the credit for the new machine I sniffed out. Everyone was a s nice as they could have been. Thank you so much, Sterling Appliance!

I went to the Leesburg location of Sterling Appliance. The store manager was very helpful and gave me a printout with the total cost including taxes and labor along with the GE and Electrolux products descriptions. No pressure just information. I came back the next day to pay for and schedule delivery, install the washer and dryer I selected. The 2 delivery men installed washer and dryer even tested it. They were very efficient. The machines were leveled and new cord, duct and steam function were installed. Removed old appliances which is helpful for us older customers. I don't think I would buy from any other store.

Went amazing, Nick (highly recommend) came out to assess the situation on my 18 yr old (double drawer) dishwasher... he was careful not to break anything in the process, began trouble shooting parts, found out that likely due to heat and moisture of a dishwasher - the connector on one of the controller boards seems to not making good enough contact. He cleaned the connectors on both drawers before reassembly, and I had two fully working 18 yr old drawers on the spot with no new parts needed. Nick was also helpful to recommend brands that were less likely to see repair after purchase, I wasn't sure if I'd go with Fisher & Paykel again in the future - but I've had so few problems, and even now at 18 yrs the machines are working like new... so with Nick's insightful inputs, I'll probably upgrade to the latest Fisher/Paykel double-drawer model when I get to that point. I'm an engineer by trade, so I already know many of the likely appliance trades - and Nick of Sterling Appliance did a great job... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others, especially if you no idea about the appliances and need to trust the repair service. :) Nick did a wonderful job, explaining what his concerns were - and wasn't pushing a bunch of unnecessary alternatives... he was there to help me understand how to move forward.

Excellent; on-time arrival, professional technician, quality work at a price that was below expectation. I am almost looking forward to my next problem as I know the solution.

Sterling Appliance was excellent at conferring and advising appropriate replacements. The installers arrived on time and completed the job expeditiously.

Wonderful. Got a quick estimate, they answered my many questions. After I initially ordered one, I wanted a different model, they changed the order. Very satisfied. Have purchased from Sterling Appliance several times, no problems.

Went ok. It worked for one day, but then they had to come back out and replace the same part. Mohammed is always professional and knows what he is doing. We'd give higher rating, but can take some time to schedule an appointment, and then fairly big appointment window. We keep using them (3rd time or so) because the technician is very good, and quick to point out things that truly need addressed. Plus, no hassle or questions when they had to come back out to redo the fix. Prices are pretty standard with rest of the appliance cadre in the area.

Before tech arrived dryer started working. Tech ran dryer through a few short cycles. No tools used, suggested I run it as much as possible. Service charge applied is good for 30 days.

I contacted Sterling Appliance when another company (All American Appliance) told me they couldn't order the control board.  Sterling Appliance said they could order the part and we scheduled a time for the repair person to come to my house.  They called me a few days later to let me know the part came in early and so I was able to reschedule the repair for an earlier date.  The repair person was on time and professional.  He inspected the machine and said yes, it needed the new control board.  He then let me know what it would cost for the repair and asked if I wanted him to go ahead.  He installed the new board and everything works great.  He left my laundry room clean and there weren't any new scratches on top on the washer or dryer (see the All American Appliance "D" review I wrote).  When the work was complete, he said that it took less time than expected so the cost was even less than what he quoted originally.  I will call Sterling Appliance in the future.

Denny at the Towncenter Plaza location was very helpful as I looked at which washer and dryer I wanted to purchase to replace my 25-year-old broken washer. Their price was several hundred dollars less than competitors, and I received a rebate for the installation. Installers were very professional. They made sure the machines were working before they left.

Many years ago (17 years ago) we purchased our kitchen appliances from Sterling Appliances.  I stubbornly insisted on buying everything Maytag, thinking it was a brand as reliable as its longtime reputation would have led you to believe.  At that time Maytag was just beginning to go downhill.  Our refrigerator was beautiful, with thoughtful touches, drawers, and space considerations. Unfortunately, this refrigerator turned out to be loud and temperamental.  It would throw fits and have meltdowns on an ongoing basis.  I would call Sterling Appliance, and they would send their repairman.  Contrary to the well known Maytag T.V. commercials of that era, I was on a first name basis with the repairman.  He kept that dang thing running for the full five year warranty that Sterling Appliances offered free of charge with the purchase of your appliances at that time.  How many stores, then or now, offer a five year warranty independent of the manufacturer?  And anyone who has ever dealt with home warranty programs so popular today knows what a pain in the neck it is to deal with those folks.  They try to weasel out of their obligations every which way they can contrive.  Not Sterling Appliance.  I would call them, and they would efficiently and without a single grumble send the Maytag repair guy to my house.  After five years, we replaced that #!& refrigerator with a generic Kenmore refrigerator, and that was the end of our ongoing contact with Sterling Appliance.  Fast forward to today.  We puchased a house that came with a fancy Jenn-Air range.  I have had a couple of problems with the range that repair men just can't seem to figure out.  I have dropped by Sterling Appliance in Leesburg to pick the owner's brain several times.  He has generously shared his time and his knowledge in trying to help me figure out what part is the cause of the problem so that we can get it resolved.  Thank you, sir!  Much appreciated.
