Terrance fixed my washer on time and in time. Great service!

Overall no complaints on quality of communication and service. My biggest issue was an apparent lack of knowledge or explanation and the options provided. Tech was straightforward that the sealed system lost all the coolant....no explanation as to why other than a leak in one of the coils (condenser or evaporator)....no mention of a leaky compressor. He gave me the option to do nothing ($90 non-refundable service call) or spend $280 to attempt to charge the system. I mistakenly took the later option which after some trials and tribulations the tech reported we had sufficient pressure and coolant for the fridge to being cooling.....it never did. We let the unit run about 3 hours and then the compressor gave the familiar knocking....quick search yields - "A "compressor knock" in a fridge indicates a failing compressor, usually caused by internal wear or a broken piston pin, where the piston bangs against the housing when the unit cycles". Disappointing outcome.

They were very quick to arrive. They diagnosed the problem and had the part on the truck. They were in and out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them.
