I didn't book them from my specific home in general to clean up my home but I booked them to clean them my mom home and they did an excellent service and I will definitely reach out to them again to do any more work if we have a get together or even need house cleaning around the house my mom's up at age and they came through and did the job excellent for her I would definitely recommend you guys booking with them please

Did a nice job but needed to dust a little better bottom shelves and move things in order to dust under them. Also after vacuuming the furniture needed to be put back in its original spot for good traffic flow. China was very helpful with explaining membership fees.

China was VERY nice, however there was still dirt left after she cleaned. The house was empty, and I only had her do the main floor. So, for a move in cleaning, it should have been pretty easy. I asked for her to please clean the inside of the washer lid, it wasn?t cleaned. The interior cabinets and drawers were still VERY dirty. The bosses reviewed my photos and responsed, they literally offered a $7.50 refund out of $150. Seriously? China texted me after 2 hrs asking if I?d like the oven cleaned, I?m assuming because she was finished and I texted back sure! She either didn?t get my response or chose not to clean the oven. I used to do major move in cleans after a house was built. This was nothing like those. The dirtiest wipies are from two small vanity lights at eye level and a switch plate. Obvious dirt when I walked in before cleaning. It was still there. Distant photos before and after looked extremely similar,but once you looked within a few feet, the dirt was obvious.

The female cleaner was fine and did the job as expected. The male was sent as we requested 2 cleaners on short notice; however he was used to doing construction cleaning and not detailed cleaning. I watched him wipe off my nightstand without lifting the lamp, nor wiping the lamp, nor wiping the scalloped edges of the nightstand. My wife pointed out that he cleaned the kitchen floor but did not wipe along the edges under the counter. Also the company never sent an invoice; they just charged my credit card for the initial payment and then a second charge without an invoice or call or message.

I hired a one time cleaning for moving out of my 600 sq ft studio apartment. My field worker, Karen, did an excellent and thorough job cleaning every single space, including cleaning out the fridge and oven and scraping off the stovetop and some tough grime spots on counters in my bathroom, etc. Areas that had accumulated lots of dust and dirt, like baseboards, were also thoroughly cleaned. The place basically almost looked like how it did when I moved in! I was very happy with Karen's efforts and she had a great attitude, was sincere, easy to communicate with, and was very hard working. I would definitely hire this service again for future cleanings if needed!

I had an appt with a confirmation number for a one time move out cleaning and needed to change the date. The AI did not care about my appt. They then cancelled the one I had because I had not used GOOGLE calendar!!. There is no one to talk to and the BOT that answers the phone is VERY limited. I tried calling and leaving a message or calling and and asking for a person but no one home during business hours. I got charged on my credit card but now have no appt. What a scam. No one picks up or calls back. UNRELIABLE. NO PEOPLE TO TALK TO. AVOID THIS CLEANER

Speedycleans sent LizzettW on 6/22/26 to do regular indoor cleaning keep up at my house after it was deep cleaned about 1.5 weeks prior. LizzettW spent 2 hours at my house cleaning the floors and the surfaces. She was punctual, efficient, courteous and professional. She did an excellent job and did so swiftly. In the 2 hours she dedicated to clean my house, I learned a couple of things from LizzettW: she is a teacher during the school months who is supplementing her income to provide for her family during the off-season, and she is always teaching, as she teaches her children responsibility and work ethics, and she first asks customers their cleaning priorities before she gets to work. I liked that.

Customer service was great. I can recommend them to anyone.
