Yes the cleaner did a great job but I was OVERCHARGED. And yet to speak to a human to resolve this issue. Quoted $150 & this company ACHED $238.00 out of my debit account.

THEY WERE AMAZINNNNGGGGGG, my home looked brand new once they were done ! Respectful cleaners and amazing cleaning time frame was very pleased with the service provided also amazing prices for the work that was done !

I am so happy I went with Speedy Solutions. It was very easy to book an appointment. I was thoroughly impressed with how they cleaned so quickly and efficiently. My bathroom is spotless and my kitchen is sparkling! I am very excited I found a reliable company to take care of all of my cleaning needs.

After renovating our kitchen and front entryway, The contractors left quite a mess in their wake and we contacted speedy clean and they had a cleaner to our house within 24 hours and we were able to actually enjoy our new home renovations in their freshly cleaned Glory. Will call again!

This company is the absolute worst! DO NOT HIRE THEM! They were hired to "deep clean" for two hours, their words, not mine. They sent one girl who never showed up; they did not call me. I called they sent another girl to complete the job, and they would get me a discount for the aggravation(They did not). Their system continued to text me names of other people who were assigned the job. They literally were asked to sweep and mop as much as possible, and sanitize the toilets, sinks, and stove top. They girl they sent cherry picked a couple of things to clean. Made a mess in the shower and just left it(I did not ask her to clean this shower) She barely swept and just left the piles around the house, did not mop one single area! I asked for a refund due to the services promised were not the services received, and then when speaking to the lady about this horrible experience, she offers 10% refund and a discounted rate to send someone back! Hell to the NO! Everything is worse than before

Person was ok. Company was horrible and unprofessional. Came very late after I had taken off work. I called and the person told me to just leave my door unlocked and go to work. The cleaner would know what to do when they came. Mind you this was the forst visit. They had never met me before. After being over an hour late, which I forgave because things happen, I called the company to relay the whole ordeal, they promise to give me a 20% discount for the inconvenience. They lied. Customer service was lacking. And I was told this happens often.

This was an unacceptable experience and felt extremely misleading. I was quoted a price for a standard cleaning, but the final bill came out to nearly triple that amount. Without my knowledge or consent, they sent a second cleaner and then used that as justification to dramatically increase the cost. At no point was this discussed, approved, or clearly communicated beforehand. This is not how a reputable business operates. You cannot change the scope of work and pricing without the customer?s permission and then expect them to absorb the cost. Because of this, I am formally disputing the charges and will be pursuing this further if necessary. I strongly encourage others to be cautious?get detailed pricing in writing and confirm exactly who will be coming before agreeing to any service. This situation reflects a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. I will not be using this company again.

Very disappointed with the service. Multiple problems. Told India would be the cleaner. Leslie showed up. Company should have notified me that there was a change. Leslie did not even enter two of the rooms I told her only needed dusting and vacuuming. Cleaned around things on tables, did not bother to move table runners etc. left large areas on tables not cleaned/dusted. Left puddles on the floor where she mopped. I found at least 5 that I had to clean up. Left a film on my high gloss mahogany piano. Not sure if the problem was the solution she used or that she used dirty rags to do her cleaning. This woman spent almost as much time taking pictures of my home as she did cleaning. She took way too many photos. Did not explain why she was doing that. Was she ?casing the joint?? I have an alarm system and will be leaving it on because she made us feel so uncomfortable. I did not think to take pictures of what she left until after I had cleaned after her. I will NOT use this service.

Yes they were very polite and gave me a fair price for there work I would definitely hire them again .
