Working with Southern Restoration, Inc. was a great experience. Caleb, the project manager, went out of his way to ensure that we were taken care of in our roofing needs. He even did a review of the other features of our home to make sure there was no other damage that needed attention. He worked with our insurance company on our behalf and when the project was done he personally came back to make sure that everything was cleaned up because he knew that our horses' health were a priority (they have full access to our property). I definitely, definitely recommend Southern Restoration for your home roofing (and more) needs!

From start to finish, Caleb, the project manager, was here on time, courteous and professional. The quote was good, worked with my insurance company, and was completed on time. Clean up was outstanding, Shingles are top quality with warranty. Just had to give a deposit, and when the insurance check arrived, i paid the balance. I would highly recommend, Southern Restoration in Rock Hill, S.C. Do not let the years they have been in business fool you, they are dedicated to do the very best installation, with a very qualified project mgr, who was courteous, respectful and just nice. I have worked with many contractors over the years, and this has been my very best experience with top quality shingles, supervised installation by project manager, Caleb.

Andy and his crew were very professional. Andy explained the quote to me in detail, offered his opinion on certain solutions and never tried to push me towards a product or solution that would benefit him. They were very friendly and nice...easy to ask questions and talk to.

Kyle was very responsive anytime we had questions or concerns! He got back to is promptly and was very helpful in all aspects of the job. Hired them to do our hardie siding too since they did such a good job on the roof!
